Skinnygirl Creator Bethenny Frankel Leads Movement to Discredit the Kardashian Family.Linh

Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick have been sued for $40 million for reportedly running a bogus lottery fraud, and Bethenny Frankel has made it clear whose side she’s on.

The 51-year-old former cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City replied on Page Six’s Instagram post announcing the substantial lawsuit.

Frankel seems to be alluding to the February conflict between Russia and Ukraine when he claims it was illegal to post about a luxury giveaway on the same day.

Frankel, who has been quite open about her distaste for the Kardashians, incorporated one of Kim’s catchphrases, “I must be honest with you,” into her criticism. You guys are such f*cking clowns.

Previous entrants are suing the lottery’s organizers, Curated Businesses, alleging that the company sold their personal information to unrelated third parties.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs claim that they have been inundated with unsolicited advertisements from hundreds of companies, some of which may be sending them material that they find offensive or otherwise undesirable.

In the lawsuit, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kris, and Kylie Jenner are all named as Disick’s famous relatives who helped advertise the products via their social media accounts.

On Thursday, however, TMZ reported that anonymous insiders close to Curated Businesses refuted the allegations and claimed to have evidence of previous winners. Kim and Disick are ignoring the lawsuit.

It’s unclear whether Kim, 41, and Disick, 39, removed their posts about the alleged scam before or after the case was brought. However, after a week, they often remove the posts.
After posting about one of the giveaways in March, a little than a week after the invasion of Ukraine, Kardashian received blowback from her followers.

One user apparently commented, “The tone-deafness of this message is absolutely horrible,” while another advised her to donate the awards to those in need in Ukraine.

Several Kardashians, including Kim and Khloé, advertised giveaways on Instagram in which users could win rewards like cash and trips if they followed specific accounts.
