From a team considered to be “sinking”, the Yankees are proving the never-ending spirit of an empire. And the one who lit that fire is captain Aaron Judge, returning from a minor injury with a “screaming fire” spirit in every game.

“We didn’t come back to play, we came back to reclaim the Bronx.” – Aaron Judge, after a 9-4 win over the Mariners.

The names that are writing the epic:

Aaron Judge: Returned to the lineup with a home run that was full of leadership, as if to affirm: “I’m here – and the Bronx is ours.”

Cam Schlittler: The 22-year-old rookie was unexpectedly promoted to the rotation, throwing 5⅓ innings with extreme confidence, causing the Bronx fans to stand up and applaud.

Jorbit Vivas: After a mistake that cost the team a point, the young player burst into tears, apologized to the whole team – and was hugged tightly by the stars in the dugout. A moment that made Yankee Stadium go silent with emotion.
